A $150.00 deposit upon registration with balance due in full on the first day of play OR AUTO-PAY:  Deposit upon registration, credit card on file, first session deduction:  September, October, November, 2007.  Second session deduction:  January, February, March, 2008.  A separate agreement must be filled out and signed.
